Had a fabulous meal tonight at Roost, second time this week. The menu is small but there is a good variety and it seems like something for everyone.
Super tasty salads, amazing deep fried ribs, and home made ricotta on grilled bread with a topping of smashed peas is going to inform people about what ricotta should be.

Room is clean and spare. Staff is informed and delightful. Chef owner Megan Henzel knows what she is doing, making the most of what is in season, with simple preparation, but a keen sense of how to pair flavors and textures to get the most out of what she is serving.
