Life in PDX

Today it was almost 100 degrees in Portland. It wasn’t humid at all. We worked on the book at a farm about 30 minutes from downtown Portland. It was an expensive ticket, was a fundraiser, and everyone was wearing tee shirts and shorts and essentially whatever they wanted to wear. After shooting, we drove to this party/fundraiser that has a story with Bruce’s work. Taste Bud pizza, beer, wine art.

This was all easy and hassle free. It just reminded me, that I love living here. Nothing is very hard to do, people are relaxed and chill, you can park, you can bike, you can walk and it is delightful. It smells good, you can see amazing mountains and volcanoes, go kayaking, go to movies with sofas and great chairs and drink wine and eat food and there are only 20 other people in the room.  300 food carts that are great fun. Beer carts, milk shake carts and pie carts.

This is a great city.
