grilled salmon

make a mixture of soy sauce, mustard and chopped fresh gralic and coat a piece of salmon with the skin. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Place the salmon, skin side down on a hot oiled grill. Don’t turn. Cook for about 7-10 minutes. Salmon should be pretty rare, otherwise it will be dry. This is a wonderful, simple recipe from Slim Goodbody, a good old friend.

    Richard likes salmon with olive oil, pepper, grilled. Then, lemon. I like mine with different preparations. Your receipe is one I will definitely try. I am not a purist – I enjoy grilled salmon with wasabi mayo!
