started recipe testing for my book. made the Roost recipe that I dream about. Can’t give recipe now, but it is awesome, not hard and is what I would describe as healthy comfort food. Company came and we had Parkin’s lemon cucumbers with a basil vinaigrette, tomato bruschetta, home made shallot dip and a berry pie and a triple chocolate trifle for dessert. Lovely evening, laughs and just one of those nights.
