sandwich from leftovers

I bought a loaf of Grand Central bakeries whole grain bread, unsliced.  Grilled a couple of good size slices. I made a sandwich with pieces of last night’s chicken,  tomatoes from the bruschetta and some arugula that had wilted from being dressed all night. Made a little scallion shallot mayo and that was that.  Very tasty.
