shooting at Nel Centro, right now

have heard very good things about the brunch here, and the French toast looks pretty tasty, with fresh berries and pure maple syrup.  One of those times when chef expected us at 9 and my email says, “just come before 10:30.” We arrived at 10. oops.  Shooting a couple of dishes here, and later heading to Ping, to shoot the tremendously successful and charming Andy Ricker, who is heading to the big and currently very rainy big apple to open a place in Brooklyn.

Also, when you want a mimosa, use Prosecco, it’s good, not expensive, and why not add some elderberry syrup, just for the halibut.
