I made something tasty for dessert tonight. I split fresh peaches and removed the pits. In a small bowl, I combined brown sugar, pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, tiny bit of OJ and vanilla and some good granola. I placed the mixture in the center of each peach half. I topped each peach with a bit of unsweetened butter. Baked in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Served warm with scoop of vanilla ice cream. Quite good.
