The very talented chef Amber Webster made six diners very happy this evening. From the creamy cauliflower soup, flat bread and chorizo studded mussels to the perfectly cooked braised beef cheeks, fab chicken and awesome burger it looked like dessert wouldn’t happen. But, alas, we managed to indulge in the carrot cake that was chunky and totally rad and the four layer chocolate porter cake. She has certainly brought 23 Hoyt to a fine and fun dining experience. Good cocktails too.
