Wouldn’t it be fun

I wish there was a houseboat that served food and drinks. Or a collection of them like carts. I know it would be out out of the way, but not bad in Sellwood or on Sauvie’s Island.  Anyway, had filet of sole stuffed with crab tonight and fingerlings and broccoli roasted together with smoked paprika and evoo. Tomorrow, going to make a sweet potato paste for Carlos. Argentinian dessert served with a Gouda. Recipe and results will follow.
