had coffee with my friend Lynn today. We chatted about wine and life and she gave me three jars of things she canned. One was a peach sort of syrup with lots of lemon. Trying to come up with something sweet, I added some to my plain thick Greek yogurt. It was very good. The sweetness of the peach, the tart lemon, the creamy yogurt. Tomorrow I am going to have it with the ricotta I am going to make in the morning.
