Ines is a very good cook. She is from Argentina and is a natural cook, no recipes, she cooks by feel or smell. Tonight she made potato gnocchi. It’s a long process. I made a simple brown butter sage sauce with grated lemon rind. This sauce would be very good with chicken, fish, shrimp or scallops. I melted 1 stick of butter and cooked it till it turned golden brown. I added 1/3 cup finely sliced fresh sage and the rind of one lemon.
