make some granola

4 cups rolled oats

1 cup pecans

3/4 cup walnuts

3/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup wheat germ

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 cup golden raisins

Heat oven to 300.  In a large bowl toss all ingredients except for the raisins. Divide on 2 baking sheets and cook, stirring frequently, for 45 minutes to an hour. Add raisins when done. Cool.
