freezing fruit

When I was the food editor at CHILD Magazine I discovered that freezing fruit and eating it frozen is a very tasty warm weather treat.  My personal frozen favorite is a grape. I also enjoy melon in that state, and bananas are quite wonderful too. Berries are good. Ina Garten does a recipe that involves freezing berries and drizzling melted white chocolate over all. Ummm, will try soon and keep you posted.
